2023 SCHOLARSHIP SPONSORS The Radley Run Garden Club is a charitable, 501 (c) 3 organization through its membership in the Federation of Garden Clubs of PA. One of the Garden Club’s key purposes is to provide scholarship aid and educational programs for West Chester University, Penn State and Williamson College of the Trades students Our Garden Club has provided such economic assistance for more than 400 students over the past 45 years. All proceeds from our Annual Luncheon & Fashion Show on Thursday, November 30 will go toward scholarships.
